Shopping at Kendall Kia was a surprisingly easy process. Scott Larsen helped us decide between new versus used and took the time to understand our specific needs and situation. Everyone, from Scott to Aaron in finance, were excellent and helped us out.
So they had what we wanted, the salesman was excellent, the sales manager soso, the process took 7 hrs (why?), issues with the new car, some things not working, they forgot fluids in the car while prepping, we have another Kia and are happy with it, so we tried again and where somewhat disappointed with the process at this dealer
We recently purchased a new 2017 Kia Optima from Leo Hernandez at Kendall Superstore in Nampa, Idaho. It was the easiest, quickest and most comfortable car purchase we have ever made. We were picked up at our rental car return location by Leo, took a test drive, already knowing the Optima was the car we were going to purchase. The facility was beautiful, cars well displayed and everything spotless. All employees were friendly and Leo was especially attentive to all our questions and concerns. All paperwork was accomplished efficiently and soon we were on our way with a full tank of gas and a spotless vehicle. We returned to Utah the same day and averaged between 34 and 35 mpg. We saved several thousands of dollars compared to the best price we could find at home and didn't even "deal". Thanks Leo.

Phenomenal car buying experience at Kendall Kia in Nampa, ID. I purchased a new 2017 Kia Sorento over email and phone because I live out-of-state and no dealer in my area had the trim that I wanted or could match Kendall's price. I shopped Kendall's price against 5 other dealers and they scoffed at it saying things like "they must've quoted you on the wrong vehicle" or "there's no way." I got the exact vehicle that I wanted out-the-door for less than I even thought I could get it for. I know the dealer still made money on the deal, and they have to to stay in business, but I also know that I got a great deal relative to what others were willing to offer and I don't feel like I got ripped off. That's how car sales should be--a mutually beneficial negotiation. Plus, purchasing over the phone and the internet I was a little unsure of the process and nervous about not seeing the vehicle. Jayson and Aaron were EXTREMELY helpful. Jayson took as many photos of the vehicle as I asked for, he answered all of my questions and respected my concerns throughout the process. The process was quick and painless and I felt respected, which was probably the most important thing to me. I will definitely recommend Kendall Kia in Nampa to my family and friends.
