Phenomenal car buying experience at Kendall Kia in Nampa, ID. I purchased a new 2017 Kia Sorento over email and phone because I live out-of-state and no dealer in my area had the trim that I wanted or could match Kendall's price. I shopped Kendall's price against 5 other dealers and they scoffed at it saying things like "they must've quoted you on the wrong vehicle" or "there's no way." I got the exact vehicle that I wanted out-the-door for less than I even thought I could get it for. I know the dealer still made money on the deal, and they have to to stay in business, but I also know that I got a great deal relative to what others were willing to offer and I don't feel like I got ripped off. That's how car sales should be--a mutually beneficial negotiation. Plus, purchasing over the phone and the internet I was a little unsure of the process and nervous about not seeing the vehicle. Jayson and Aaron were EXTREMELY helpful. Jayson took as many photos of the vehicle as I asked for, he answered all of my questions and respected my concerns throughout the process. The process was quick and painless and I felt respected, which was probably the most important thing to me. I will definitely recommend Kendall Kia in Nampa to my family and friends.
